2.1 Registration and user account

Access to the main features of KeokVerse requires prior registration. The user agrees to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. Account access is personal and non-transferable; the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities carried out under their account.

The controller reserves the right to suspend or delete the account of any user who breaches these conditions, without prior notice and without right to compensation.

2.2 User-generated content

Users may upload photographs, write descriptions and publish articles or news. By posting content, the user guarantees that:

• They are the author or rights holder of such content, or hold the necessary licences and permissions to publish it.
• The content does not infringe intellectual property rights, image rights or other third-party rights.
• The content is not false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful.

By posting content, the user grants the controller a non-exclusive, free and territorially unlimited licence to display, store and distribute such content on the platform. The controller may remove, without prior notice, any content that breaches these conditions or is deemed inappropriate.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All intellectual and industrial property rights of the website — including source code, graphic design, logos, own texts and original images — are owned by Enrique Martínez Marín or their legitimate licensees.

The total or partial reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, public communication or any other form of commercial exploitation of this content is expressly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the controller.

The trademarks, logos and images belonging to beverage manufacturers and brands appearing in the KeokVerse catalogue are the property of their respective owners. Their presence on the platform is exclusively informative, within the context of collecting, and does not imply any commercial relationship or sponsorship.

4.1 Service availability

The controller does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the website. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, communication failures or circumstances beyond the controller's control. No liability is assumed for damages or losses arising from unavailability of the service.

4.2 Accuracy of catalogue information

The can catalogue information is largely generated and maintained by the user community. The controller does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of this information and assumes no liability for errors, omissions or outdated content.

4.3 User and third-party content

The controller is not responsible for content published by users or for information available on third-party websites accessible via links from KeokVerse. The inclusion of an external link does not imply recommendation or endorsement.

Persons under 14 may not register or use KeokVerse services without the prior and verifiable consent of their parents or legal guardians. If the controller becomes aware that a person under 14 has provided personal data without such consent, the account and associated data will be deleted immediately.

Any website may freely link to KeokVerse pages, provided that such link does not:

• Imply an association, sponsorship or approval of the linking site by the controller.
